When the infrastructure and planning for THE ARK has been completed, the growth and expansion of THE ARK will be relatively simple. Much like starting a new Civic Club, the people of THE ARK will only need to continue the process by recruiting new Members in local markets around the world.
Each NewMarket Chapter will be started by the recruitment of 48 Charter Members who live within the geographical boundaries of the designated local Market area. These Charter Members will be the first Active Members of THE ARK from that local Market area and will be recruited through the ongoing use of the Internet and supporting technologies as well as person-to-person referrals.
The 48 Charter Members for each NewMarket Chapter will be selected from all geographical areas within each new local market area to help assure that balanced growth can be achieved in each market. These individuals will also be selected based on their knowledge, experience and disposition in order to help assure that each NewMarket Chapter begins with the talents and experience needed to help assure its success.
When these 48 Charter Members have joined THE ARK, their local NewMarket Chapter will receive its' Charter. It will also receive the Package of Services available from THE ARK and any assistance needed and requested from THE ARK to help with the startup and growth of their NewMarket Chapter
